Welcome to a unique experience of cultural rhythms soothing the BODY, MIND & SOUL!
AFRICAN DANCE (CHAIR) YOGA is a fun activity designed to help you STRETCH and STRENGTHEN
as well as making it easy for you to get moving which IMPROVES YOUR CARDIO while practicing DEEP BREATHING & MEDITATION.
FOR CLASS SCHEDULE
You have 3 classes to choose from starting with the Energize & Flexibility Morning class (30-35min) which incorporates breathing exercises, with energy sequence, and modified African dance movements, and GETS YOU READY TO START YOUR DAY!
OR a Restorative Yin Evening class (30-35min) that calms the mind, relaxes the body, and brings inner harmony to the organs, and modified African dance movements for a RESTFUL ENDING TO YOUR DAY.
AND FINALLY, the Strengthening & Balance Evening class (30-35min) focuses on upper and lower body strength as well as improving Core muscles for better posture and tone and modified African dance movements.

We will explore The Sacred Space Practices & Process from my book and other effective tools to build a deeper spiritual practice so you can connect with your True Self, your spirit to have happier more enjoyable life experiences.
Fear of Loss, Disappointments, and Procrastination are all examples of emotional clutter that block our mental, physical, and spiritual path.
I have been on a life long journey of developing a deeper connection with spirit my True Self and maneuvering successfully through the invisible world of energy. First apprenticing with my grandmother from an early age, who was a Shaman and then helping clients, friends, and family with their inner alignment with spirit to become organized and productive with their energy.
